After handover, a pool or hot tub may show a small issue or a serious problem: weak flow, heating error, water loss, noisy pump, foam, cloudy water or confusing automation. The worst way to handle it is only by phone and without evidence.
Describe the symptom clearly
Write when the problem started, whether it is permanent or intermittent, what happened before it appeared and what changed since the last normal operation. Add device names, display messages and operating mode where relevant.
Take photos and a short video
- overall view of the pool or hot tub,
- detail of the issue, leak or display,
- plant room or technology access,
- water level and water condition,
- labels on pumps, filters, heater or control unit.
Add water values
For water issues, include pH, sanitizer, alkalinity, temperature and the last water refill or chemical dose. Mention well water, salt systems or automatic dosing immediately.
